Warranty Terms

For the warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer, a defective device will either be repaired or replaced under the following warranty conditions.

You must inform us in detail about the existing defect either by email or by phone, including providing the receipt and purchase date.
We will then contact you and arrange a convenient time for our technician to visit your location to inspect the machine.
Please have the receipt or purchase invoice from 'Peters Geschäft' available for our technician.
If the defect is covered by our warranty service, the machine is typically brought to our workshop and repaired free of charge.
If the device cannot be repaired, you will receive a replacement device. The costs of returning the device will be covered by us.
If the customer lives more than 30 km away from our store, they are responsible for bringing the device to our workshop and picking it up themselves.
If the customer has personally collected the device, they must also transport it to and from our workshop.

No warranty claims exist for defects that have arisen due to:

Faulty, abusive, or improper operation, especially disregarding warnings, operating instructions, or safety instructions in the product's user manual,
Acts of violence or accidents (e.g., impact, shock, fall),
Improper storage or placement of the product (e.g., excessive exposure to moisture, heat, dust, etc.),
Interventions, alterations, and repairs of the product that were not carried out or authorized by 'Peters Geschäft',
Cosmetic and acoustic wear and tear due to aging that does not affect the essential functions of the device.
Ovens and cooktops must be connected by an authorized electrician for the warranty to be valid.

Warranty coverage is excluded if you do not adhere to the warranty conditions stated under clauses 1) to 6). Should we be called for a warranty/guarantee case by you and find that the device is intact but a clear user error is present, we will charge a flat fee of €30.

The one-year warranty covers the following devices: washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, clothes dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and ceramic cooktops.
